We are looking for a personal assistant to support us in a variety of projects. In addition to Sisters in Tech we both have a variety of literary, art and tech projects that we are running or trying to get off the ground. We are looking for a creative, enterprising and proactive individual who can push projects forward and get results. From securing podcast guests to developing business plans, we’re looking for someone who has got what it takes to get the job done. 

Duties

The duties of this role include:

  • Calendar management

  • Podcast coordination

  • Project management

  • Newsletter coordination

  • Event management (Digital & In-Person)

  • Business management

Expectations

You will be a good fit for this role if you:

  • Are excellent at getting things done

  • Have a knack for picking up new software tools

  • Have excellent communication skills

  • Are skilled in seeking out and offering solutions

  • Have the confidence to reach out to people you do not know and build rapport

The Role

This is a contract role for up to 30 hours per week. Working hours will be ramped up as projects are assigned. This role is suitable for remote work from anywhere in the BST time zone or any time zone within +/-3 hours.

The base pay for this role is £8.91 per hour. In addition, there will be quarterly performance related bonuses. Essentially this role is to help us get things done, and if you do, you will be rewarded.
